TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Event Pass grants admission to Korea Westival as specified for the purchased pass.

All tickets purchased are non-refundable upon purchase. They are transferable only if the Organizer is notified at least 72 hours before the start of the event and confirmation is received from the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the timing, dates, and locations of the Korea Westival event, workshops, or parties with prior notice to pass holders. In such cases, Event Passes will remain valid, and no refunds will be issued.

If the Korea Westival event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the purchase price of the Event Pass will be fully refunded without further liability for compensation.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the pass holders and the Organizers.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Korea Westival will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Event Passes are valid for the Korea Westival event itself, not specific artists or acts.

The Organizer reserves the right to change, add, withdraw, or substitute artists in the Korea Westival event lineup, alter the advertised program, and deny entry to the Event Site with reasonable cause.

No refunds or compensation will be given in case of an advertised artist or act not performing, or if there are changes, cancellations, or alterations in the performance length or content.

Subject to this clause and legal requirements, the Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or compensation resulting from event cancellation, postponement, relocation, or changes for any reason.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individuals.
Waive Right to Refund if Ejected from Korea Westival
You acknowledge that engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct (including refusal of an award), inappropriate and/or violent behavior, or harassment of any participant, staff member, or guest at the Korea Westival Open may result in disqualification and suspension from current and future competitions hosted by the Korea Westival event Organizer. Depending on the nature and severity of the behavior, Korea Westival reserves the right to remove you from the event without refunding any fees.No refund will be provided for any unused portion of an Event Pass if you or your invitees are asked to leave the Event for reasons outlined above.
